Allen S. Brown, Administrator
After receiving his B.A. in 1973, and his M.Ed. in 1975, Allen Brown began his career as an Administrator at Richland Manor Nursing Home in March, 1976. In 1990 he earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Gerontological Studies from Northeast Louisiana University. In 1990 he was named the "Administator of the Year" with Central Management Company. For two consecutive years Allen served as Region V vice-president of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association and is currently active in the organization. Allen is also active with the Delhi Lion's Club, having been a member for the past several years, and helps to raise funds for the March of Dimes and The American Cancer Society.

Kaye Spillers, Director of Nursing
Kaye Spillers earned her BSN at Northeast Louisiana University. Having spent many years in an intensive care setting, Spillers was able to expand her nursing skills and knowledge. She also served as Director of Nursing for a home health agency before coming to Richland, utilizing and improving her management skills.

She has served as Director of Nursing at Richland Manor since 1991 and was honored by being named "Director of the Year" in 1994 with Central Management Company. Spillers is a member of the Region V "Directors in Action" of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association.
